Emotional Purging: Unexpected Relief

For those of you who have been told: "You are too emotional."  "You are too sensitive."  "You overanalyze everything."

All I have to say is, IT'S OK TO BE HUMAN!!!!!  It's okay to FEEL, it's okay to express emotions.  Why?

BECAUSE WE ARE HUMAN!!!

Allowing ourselves to release emotions and energy in order to regain balance is normal.  There is nothing wrong with PURGING and RELEASING.

Allowing ourselves to feel sad, angry, until we become elated and joyful again, is a natural experience.  IT'S FLEETING.  Emotions come and go, as with everything in life.

Express what you feel!!!!

**As long as you come back to center, where your joypath is, where your truth lies.**

Being human means we are going to have good and bad days.  Expressing emotions is to be authentic and to be real.  Personally, I've always been told to control my emotions, my reactions to external stimuli, and to sustain control all the time.  What message does that send?  I ended up suppressing my emotions without an outlet, which would result in an intense barge of negative energy.  And this is not balance.  Granted, the idea of not allowing every external stimuli affect you, is valid.... but without proper understanding, it can manifest into something ugly.

What is missing?  COMPASSION and ACCEPTANCE.

Emotional release has always been a form of purging unwanted energy.  I believe that allowing a time and space to let go, to release, and be free from these fleeting sources, is utmost normalizing.  It's time we embrace ourselves FULLY, and ACCEPT every amazing qualities and flaws!!!  Accept yourself, forgive, continue loving yourself, and move forward!

Bottom line: It's OK!  It's just one of "those days."
