How did we create this world as we experience it today? How do "ideas" come about? How do we create our "identity"? How do we develop "skills?"
EVERYTHING ORIGINATES FROM THOUGHTS!!!
We have created these "challenges" of everyday life, and trying to discover a way to overcome them. Those who have tapped into their potential, understanding that circumstances can be molded with their own thoughts, the world has become their playground. They use their thoughts to carry out their actions, manifesting what they diligently believe no matter what "challenges" they face. Yet many of us have not discovered this innate truth. We all consist of this power, but somewhere along the line, WE HAVE DISCONNECTED FROM OUR TRUE SELF. WE BELIEVE WE ARE SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER. WE FORGET THAT WE ARE ALL THE SAME, AS SIMILAR BEINGS WITH CREATIVE POWER.
**The mind may be the greatest tool for creation, but it can also be the source of suffering.**
We have witnessed how selfish thoughts can manifest into wars, violence, rape, and travesties all around the world. People choose to defend their right upon inflicting abuse in the name of SELFISHNESS, NARCISSISM, believing that they are separate from the whole.
***And it is time to REUNITE, to realize our INTERCONNECTNESS, to realize that WE ALL HOLD THE POWER TO LOVE AND CREATE A PEACEFUL WORLD, and it starts with YOU.*** (eep .. Obama-esk!)
I believe that RE-PROGRAMMING OUR THOUGHTS from years of false truth is only one part in regaining our whole. I strongly believe that in order to lift our consciousness to a higher level, we must be aware of our own thoughts, actions. We must also be aware of how we take care of our bodies, as it is the physical manifestation that allows us to experience life. Thus in return we can EFFECTIVELY AND LOVINGLY help others with RIGHT INTENTION.
And this is where OUR SOURCE OF "FOOD," matters.
What we put into our body is a direct correlation to how we view ourselves. If we supply the body with the correct type of fuel/energy, then we are feeding the source, and allowing ouselves to come back to wholeness.
Food is so closely tied to identity. It is understandable why we get defensive or angry when our food choices are questioned. Sort of like religion. And I want to point out that this separateness only halts our trek back to our true nature, of creative source, of our JOYPATH.
Maybe this makes no sense. Maybe I am too out there for anyone to relate. And despite the influence that has allowed me to come to this conclusion, my intention is only to put forth a thought.
(still formulating them .. to be continued!)
