The morning is a critical time to set the pace of our day. It is a time when we are most susceptible to whatever stimuli that may present itself. Therefore, waking up in the morning and DELIBERATELY CHOOSING WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION TO PROCESS, such as repeating positive mantras and reinforcements, will dramatically start the day with good energy. This will allow us to develop a healthy attitude toward ourselves and the outside world, and affect our psyche even in incomprehensible ways.
Remember to reflect on the things that we are grateful for.
We don't fully realize that our body is the vehicle that allows us to experience life, to experience our family, to experience physical touch .....a hug ... a kiss ... taste .... sound .... sight ...
Everything we take granted for...
So let's cherish it!
Treat ourselves kindly.
Spend our energy wisely by reaching out to others.
Feel revitalized and JUST BE.
