Day10 Vegan Meal: Showing GRATITUDE Towards Your Body!

I think it's important to be grateful that we have this AMAZING, FUNCTIONAL BODY that allows us to experience this life.  We definitely take this vehicle for granted in many ways.

STRESS
Poor Food Choices & Poor Everyday Decision Making

While we are able, we should give this body what it needs to keep running at its best.  Keep the immune system strong, so that we can continue creating life as we will.

P.s.- We will experience sickness, BUT we can provide our body what it needs to fight against it effectively.
