Day12 Vegan Meal: Meeting Our Physiological Needs. Cravings as SUBSTITUTION.

OK so PMS has settled in!  Sorry for the exasperation shown in this video.  My next video will explain in detail the book, "Nourishing Wisdom" By: Marc David, as well as how this meal plan has effected my PMS symptoms or not.

Challenge your cravings and ask if this is legitimate or if you are SUBSTITUTING/ MASKING what you really want by indulging into this craving.
