Day2 Vegan Meal: Giving in to Cravings?! SALT!!!



Strangely enough, I was experiencing cravings for something salty and garlic-y.  I should have eaten a lot more this day!!!!  I wanted to cave in ... whined .. complained .. but a thought of cherry tomatoes came to mind, and what do you know ... I pass by a fruit stand with just cherry tomatoes available late at night.  :)

IT TOTALLY HIT THE SPOT!!!  Tomatoes do contain sodium, and are sweet & savory.  My cravings were satisfied.  Thus, if you ever experience cravings, head toward the fruit!!!  :)

Good thing I didn't cave in! This is do-able, mmmhmm!
