Day1 Vegan Meal: Eating Less/ Stomach Rests



Today was just like any other day in my life when it comes to eating.  Although what I did cook, did not have any oil on it.  I also tend to STEAM everything.  It's the best way to keep the nutritional value and integrity of the veggies with this method.  No additives, nothing to mask the flavor.  :)

Although I did not eat as much as I normally would, stomach aches happen for a reason.  There was no bowel movement and I was having waves of pressure in my belly throughout the whole day.  Thus I opted to allow nature take its course and kept my food intake light.  I felt better this morning.  No pain whatsoever, everything seems normal.  :)
