BANANAS FIGHT DEPRESSION!


Don't feel sad and GO BANANA YOURSELF!

Many times, I'd often feel low and then I go banana smoothie myself and I instantly feel better!

Placebo?

Go try it.

Try to feel upset after you had a blender full of bananas and even freshly squeezed orange juice!  Something happens when I drink these two (separately). (Add water!)

Bananas are known to contain TRYPTOPHAN (SEROTONIN BOOSTERS).  We can all use the extra POTASSIUM to keep us cheery.  Not to mention the uber sweetness of ripe 'naners is simply blissful.

EAT RIPE, SPOTTY BANANAS or feel & continue to be mentally and physically constipated.  Eww. lol
