Too often we allow negative thoughts, situations, or people to bog us down. The mind creates this attachment that only fuels these unsettling feelings.

When your mind is trying to convince you from progressing in life, HIT THE DELETE BUTTON.
When someone rubs you the wrong way and you begin to ponder why, HIT THE DELETE BUTTON.
When a situation didn't go as planned, feeling discouraged, HIT THE DELETE BUTTON.
Just because these thoughts or situations occur doesn't mean you have to jump aboard for the ride. Don't buy into it.
You don't need to expend another ounce of dis-ease when you can CHOOSE to press delete and start a-new.
Practice non-attachment ... and begin to notice how easy life can be once you let go. You'll find it a lot harder being remotely angry.
