Are You Aware of the Food Choices You Make?

From early development, we have experienced food through the womb. Once born, our mother breast-fed us as a natural source of connection and nourishment.  Growing up, our parents' food choices have become our initial experiences of man-made food sources.

Over the years, food has lost its true form: nourishment, or fuel for the body.  Our relationship to food now serve many functions.  It has become entertainment, sensory pleasure, social connection, a crutch, and even addiction.  Instead of food as a basic need, in some cases, has become the enemy for those who are fighting against obesity, diabetes, or digestive issues.

Are you mindful of the food choices you make?

Do you find yourself led through uncontrolled impulses, or use food as a coping mechanism?

Has food become a substitution for something you are trying to fulfill?

What you put into your body is a reflection of your level of self-love.
It is a reflection of your life at the moment.

Do your food choices accurately represent you?

Is there a correlation?

"Nourishing Wisdom" provides great insight upon these topics.  Regain control of your health by understanding your food choices.
