Sacrifices? ... Perhaps We Should Call it "Embracement."

"He who would accomplish little must sacrifice little; he who would achieve much must sacrifice much; he who would attain highly much sacrifice greatly." - James Allen

I absolutely agree.

I admit, sometimes the tone of these words: sacrifice, hard work, tunnel vision, and all the synonyms geared toward personal success leaves a trail of bitterness.  A resentful bitterness for having to put in the necessary effort to bring about this success, and in a sense, losing my "freedom."

Again, PERSPECTIVE!

Why chose to identify with the bitterness????

The strength of character gained and the discipline built over time will override the bitterness tenfold!  This is why people who pursue their passion end up finding their niche, their "purpose" and strength, in which monetary growth will follow, in which friendships with like minds will collide.  Therefore, follow what brings you the most joy!  Fill your thoughts with what interests you.  Be inspired by situations, friends, a fleeting memory, and notice the creative thoughts brewing.

The need for proper health education, witnessing the health issues of those closest to me, and experiencing first hand the bountiful effect of a clean, predominately plant based lifestyle, has inspired me to share this knowledge.  I yearn to become more knowledgeable about detoxification, going "back to basics" as I would like to say.  It is time to rid of the processed junk in our life and become more grounded, as we fuel our body from the source (Mother Nature) and find ourselves much more interconnected within and throughout.  Therefore, I read as much as I can and through experience, it reveals what will.  I also find myself sharing this joy with everyone I meet, perhaps sometimes a little too zealous!  But it is out of a true intention to help people heal, as it has done wonders for me, physically, mentally, and spiritually.  No matter when I fall astray, I am always guided back to the center.  Some may call it destiny.  Fate?  A conscious choice?  Or simply my joy path.

I no longer have that bitterness, no matter the difficulties that arise.  I'm pulled and connected to the source.  Thus, the more time you spend on developing your joy, your passion, your craft, any trace of bitterness will be left behind.

Feed your soul what it truly wants.  Don't allow the mind and outside factors sway you.

YOU sway YOU.
